LR Technologies poursuit le développement de son pôle Ingénierie & Systèmes dans le cadre de sa campagne de recrutement 2026.

Dans le cadre de projets industriels à forte composante technologique, nous recherchons un Ingénieur Projet Nucléaire pour accompagner un acteur majeur de l'ingénierie énergétique sur des projets de modernisation et de maintien en condition opérationnelle d'installations nucléaires.

Vous intervenez sur l'ensemble du cycle de vie du projet, des phases d'études préliminaires jusqu'au suivi des travaux, en garantissant la maîtrise des coûts, des délais et des exigences de sûreté.

Votre rôle

En tant qu'Ingénieur Projet Nucléaire, vous pilotez tout ou partie d'un projet d'ingénierie dans un environnement à forte exigence réglementaire.

Votre rôle consiste principalement à coordonner les études techniques, à assurer le suivi technico-économique du projet, et à garantir le respect des exigences de sûreté et de qualité tout au long de son déroulement.

Vos missions

  • Rédiger ou vérifier les avant-projets sommaires (APS) et avant-projets détaillés (APD) ;
  • Définir et planifier les tâches et jalons du projet ;
  • Assurer le suivi technique, budgétaire et planning du projet ;
  • Vérifier la conformité des études réalisées par les différents intervenants ;
  • Suivre les différentes phases de travaux et coordonner les activités associées ;
  • Assurer l'interface technique avec le client et les parties prenantes du projet ;
  • Identifier, analyser et suivre les risques pouvant impacter le projet ;
  • Veiller à l'application des principes et méthodes de sûreté nucléaire tout au long du projet ;
  • Participer aux revues de projet et rendre compte de l'avancement à la hiérarchie et au client ;
  • Contribuer à la rédaction et à la mise à jour de la documentation technique et contractuelle du projet ;
  • Coordonner les intervenants internes et externes impliqués dans le projet.

Votre profil

Diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieurs ou titulaire d'un Master (Bac+5), idéalement en génie civil, mécanique, électrotechnique ou génie des procédés, vous justifiez d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet, idéalement acquise dans le secteur du nucléaire ou d'une industrie à hautes exigences de sécurité (énergie, pétrochimie, pharmaceutique).

Vous avez une bonne connaissance de l'environnement nucléaire et des bonnes pratiques relatives aux activités importantes pour la sûreté (installations, systèmes, équipements).

Une culture de sûreté nucléaire affirmée est attendue, ainsi qu'une bonne maîtrise des outils de suivi de projet (planning, coûts, documentation).

Au-delà de vos compétences techniques, vous êtes reconnu pour :

  • Votre rigueur et votre sens de l'organisation ;
  • Votre capacité à piloter plusieurs intervenants et à coordonner des équipes pluridisciplinaires ;
  • Votre aisance dans les échanges techniques et contractuels avec le client ;
  • Votre esprit d'analyse et votre capacité à anticiper les risques ;
  • Votre autonomie et votre sens des responsabilités ;
  • Votre réactivité face aux aléas de chantier ou de planning.
