Nous recrutons un Expert IA passionné et expérimenté pour l’un de nos clients sur Lyon afin de l'accompagner dans le lancement d’un POC autour de la gestion et de l’exploitation de la documentation interne.

Missions

  • Participer au cadrage fonctionnel et technique du POC
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes innovation
  • Être le référent technique IA sur le sujet et représenter l’équipe auprès des parties prenantes
  • Concevoir une solution de recherche et d’exploitation intelligente de documents
  • Mettre en place des mécanismes de recherche sémantique
  • Développer et optimiser des architectures de type RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  • Contribuer à la montée en compétence des équipes internes (notamment sur la gestion documentaire type GED / knowledge base)
  • Assurer une veille et proposer des améliorations continues

Profil

  • Profil expert en Intelligence Artificielle / NLP
  • Solide expérience sur des projets de traitement de la donnée textuelle
  • Maîtrise de : Python / RAG / Recherche sémantique / vectorielle
  • Bonne compréhension des enjeux de gestion documentaire (GED / knowledge management)
  • Capacité à intervenir en cadrage et à structurer un projet from scratch
  • Aisance en environnement transverse et collaboratif
