The posting

Au sein des équipes de notre client, acteur reconnu dans le domaine des solutions de purification et de traitement de fluides, vous intervenez sur la conception mécanique de systèmes complexes intégrant des fonctions fluidiques et électroniques. Dans un environnement à forte exigence qualité et réglementaire, vous contribuez au développement de produits destinés à des applications industrielles et scientifiques.

Missions

  • Conception mécanique de sous-ensembles et produits complets (boîtiers, structures, pièces techniques)
  • Réalisation de modèles 3D et mises en plan sous CREO
  • Intégration mécanique de composants électroniques et de sous-systèmes fluidiques
  • Prise en compte des contraintes de fabrication (plasturgie, injection plastique, pièces usinées)
  • Contribution à la conception de circuits fluidiques (tuyauterie, connectique, étanchéité)
  • Collaboration avec les équipes électronique, software et industrialisation
  • Participation aux revues de conception et validation des choix techniques
  • Suivi des prototypes et participation aux phases de test et validation
  • Analyse des défaillances et amélioration continue des produits
  • Gestion des données techniques sous environnement PLM

Environnement technique

  • Outils CAO : Creo
  • PLM : Windchill
  • Domaines : plasturgie, injection plastique, mécanique de précision, fluidique
  • Produits : systèmes de traitement / purification (lab equipment, industriel)
  • Méthodes : développement produit, validation, industrialisation

Profil recherché

Diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieur ou d’un Bac+5 en mécanique, vous justifiez d’une expérience en conception mécanique de produits complexes, idéalement dans un environnement intégrant électronique et/ou fluidique.

Vous maîtrisez CREO et vous possédez de bonnes compétences en conception de pièces plastiques, ainsi qu’une sensibilité aux problématiques d’intégration multi-métiers. Une connaissance des systèmes fluidiques ou des environnements industriels/biotech est un plus. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre capacité d’analyse et votre autonomie.
