Rattaché aux équipes client, vous interviendrez au sein du service Ingénierie d'Essais dont la mission est le pilotage des essais R&T, de développement, de qualification et de certification de nos produits.

Vos Missions

  • Préparation de l'essai

Réception / compréhension de la demande d’essai

Etablissement du devis de l’essai

Planification de l’essai lors de réunions OBEYA

Rédaction de la STB de l’essai

Rédaction du programme d’essai

Suivi du spécimen d’essai.

Revue avant Montage

Suivi du carnet de traçabilité

Validation de la note de justification des écarts

Préparation de la déclaration de conformité du spécimen

  • Pilotage de l'essai

Réalisation de la revue avant essai

Pilotage de l'essai

Réalisation de la revue avant dépose du spécimen

  • Analyse de l'essai

Dépouillement des courbes de l'essai

Analyse des résultats

Suivi des actions post-essai / expertise

Rédaction de programme d'essai

Profil recherché

  • Ingénieur essais avec 5 ans d'expérience minimum
  • Expérience significative dans le pilotage d'essai aéronautique, idéalement sur turbomachines
  • Expérience en essais mécaniques
