Dans le cadre de notre développement en Île-de-France, nous recherchons un(e) Talent Acquisition Specialist pour accompagner notre croissance dans les secteurs de l'Énergie, du Ferroviaire, de l'Aéronautique, du Spatial et de la Défense.

Au sein de notre équipe recrutement, vous intervenez sur des profils d'ingénieurs et d'experts techniques, avec une véritable autonomie dans la gestion de vos recrutements.

Vos missions

  • Définir et déployer votre stratégie de recrutement en collaboration avec les Business Managers.
  • Identifier, sourcer et approcher les meilleurs talents via les jobboards, LinkedIn Recruiter et la chasse directe.
  • Réaliser les entretiens de qualification et évaluer les compétences techniques et comportementales des candidats.
  • Piloter l'intégralité du processus de recrutement, de l'identification des profils jusqu'à la négociation des propositions d'embauche.
  • Développer et fidéliser un vivier de candidats sur les métiers de l'ingénierie et du digital.
  • Être force de proposition dans l'amélioration de nos pratiques, notamment grâce aux outils d'intelligence artificielle.

Vous recruterez des profils variés : développement logiciel et embarqué, électronique, systèmes complexes, IVVQ, industrialisation, manufacturing et gestion de projets techniques.

Votre profil

Vous disposez d'une première expérience réussie en recrutement, idéalement acquise en cabinet spécialisé, ESN ou société de conseil en ingénierie.

Vous maîtrisez les techniques de sourcing et d'approche directe et présentez un réel attrait pour les secteurs industriels, l'ingénierie et le développement de produits technologiques.

Une connaissance des outils Teamtailor et Whoz serait un véritable atout.

Autonome, curieux(se), persévérant(e) et orienté(e) résultats, vous appréciez le travail en équipe, les environnements techniques et les challenges liés au recrutement de profils pénuriques.
