The posting

Dans le cadre de ses activités industrielles, notre client recherche un profil Méthodes spécialisé dans les procédés spéciaux afin d'accompagner les équipes dans la définition, la formalisation et l'optimisation des processus de fabrication.

Le poste s'inscrit dans un environnement industriel exigeant, avec des problématiques liées à la maîtrise des procédés de fabrication, à la documentation technique et à la qualification des opérations.

Missions

  • Définir et formaliser les méthodes de fabrication associées aux procédés spéciaux.
  • Rédiger et mettre à jour les fiches d'instruction et les gammes de fabrication.
  • Participer aux activités d'industrialisation des procédés
  • Accompagner les équipes de production dans la maîtrise des procédés spéciaux.
  • Participer aux campagnes d'essais et de caractérisation des matériaux.
  • Analyser les résultats et rédiger des notes techniques liées au flux de production.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration et à la sécurisation des processus industriels.
  • Participer à des projets transverses avec les équipes méthodes, production et qualité.

Profil recherché

  • Formation ingénieur (Bac+5) idéalement en génie mécanique, matériaux ou procédés industriels
  • Expérience : 2 à 10 ans.
  • Profil ingénieur privilégié, mais un technicien expérimenté pourra également être étudié.
  • Une expérience dans le secteur aéronautique serait un plus.
  • Connaissance d'un environnement industriel soumis à des exigences qualité élevées.
