É um treinamento intensivo para te transformar em um Consultor Certificado, com visão estratégica, raciocínio lógico e domínio prático de operações reais.

Você vai atuar diretamente com a liderança, aprendendo na prática como pensar, decidir e operar como um consultor profissional, sendo responsável por garantir excelência nos processos, entregas e performance da equipe.

Se você tem organização, senso de dono, vontade de aprender rápido e sabe se comunicar de forma clara e firme, mesmo sem ter experiência técnica, esse pode ser o seu ponto de virada.

Você será o braço direito da liderança, garantindo que tudo funcione como um relógio: prazos, entregas, padrões e fluidez nos processos. Essa é a posição ideal para quem tem perfil analítico, senso de urgência e quer aprender os bastidores do crescimento acelerado de uma operação digital.

Responsabilidades:

  • Monitorar entregas e prazos para evitar gargalos e atrasos;
  • Controlar fluxos e processos internos, garantindo aderência aos padrões;
  • Revisar qualidade dos materiais antes de qualquer entrega ou apresentação;
  • Fazer reports diários à liderança, com alertas estratégicos;
  • Comunicar e cobrar com clareza, sendo ponte entre o nível operacional e tático.

Pré-requisitos Técnicos (vamos te ensinar o resto):

  • Conhecimento básico de marketplaces como Mercado Livre, Shopee, Magalu etc.
  • Noções de organização de tarefas e processos (fluxogramas).
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas como ClickUp, Trello, Asana ou Google Planilhas.
