Buscamos um(a) Implantador(a) de Marketplace e ERP que coloque operações de e-commerce no ar com precisão: contas configuradas, integrações rodando e catálogo publicado sem retrabalho.

Alguém que entende a engrenagem entre ERP, hub e marketplace, resolve problema de integração sem esperar ticket e entrega implantação redonda, rápido e bem-feito.

Você vai estar lado a lado com os consultores e o time de Operações, garantindo que cada cliente novo saia do onboarding pronto para vender, sem gargalo, sem ruído, sem drama.

Sua missão:

Conduzir a implantação de clientes nos principais marketplaces e ERPs, do setup inicial ao primeiro pedido faturado, no padrão DG: organizado, ágil e com resultado real.

Seu papel é encurtar o tempo entre a assinatura do contrato e a operação rodando, com base sólida para o time de consultoria escalar a conta.

O que você vai fazer:

  • Implantar e configurar contas nos principais marketplaces: Mercado Livre, Amazon, Shopee, Magalu, Americanas, Netshoes, Via, Shein, entre outros;
  • Configurar e integrar ERPs como Bling e Tiny (Olist ERP): cadastro de produtos, estoque, preços, tabelas fiscais, emissão de NF-e e fluxo de pedidos;
  • Integrar ERP, hubs e marketplaces, garantindo sincronização de estoque, preço e pedidos;
  • Estruturar e subir catálogo: cadastro, categorização, variações, ficha técnica e anúncios otimizados;
  • Configurar logística e fretes (Mercado Envios, FBA, Full, Shopee Envios, transportadoras e etiquetas);
  • Conduzir o cronograma de implantação e fazer follow-ups com o cliente até o go-live;
  • Documentar cada implantação e manter checklists e processos atualizados no ClickUp;
  • Identificar erros de integração, bloqueios de conta e pendências fiscais antes que virem problema.

O que esperamos de você:

  • Experiência comprovada em implantação de lojas em marketplaces;
  • Domínio prático de Bling e/ou Tiny (configuração, integração e rotina de pedidos);
  • Conhecimento de regras e políticas dos principais marketplaces (cadastro, reputação, logística, fiscal);
  • Noções de fiscal para e-commerce: NF-e, NCM, CFOP, tributação básica;
  • Organização de cronogramas e entregas com vários clientes em paralelo;
  • Domínio de Google Workspace, ClickUp e planilhas.

Diferenciais que brilham aqui:

  • Ter atuado em agências digitais, consultorias ou integradoras de e-commerce;
  • Experiência com hubs de integração (Anymarket, Plugg.to, Ideris, Magis5 ou similares);
  • Vivência com outros ERPs (Olist, Omie, Linx, TOTVS, Sankhya);
  • Experiência com loja própria (Nuvemshop, Shopify, VTEX, Tray);
  • Familiaridade com Notion ou ferramentas similares de documentação.
