Assegurar a fiabilidade dos dados do armazém — fecho diário, contagens cíclicas de inventário, controlo de notas de falta e arquivo digital de toda a documentação — garantindo que o stock físico corresponde ao do sistema, que todos os documentos estão arquivados em 24h e que o Supervisor Adjunto recebe diariamente um quadro fiável da situação do sector para tomar decisões

Fecho diário e controlo documental

  • Executar e validar o fecho diário do armazém: conciliar movimentos do dia, validar guias com lançamentos no sistema, identificar e resolver pendências antes do fim do turno.
  • Garantir o arquivo digital de toda a documentação (guias de remessa, facturas, comprovativos, notas de falta) em 24h após a entrega, em pastas partilhadas e estruturadas.
  • Bloquear movimentos de mercadoria sem documentação válida — autoridade explícita para isto, com escalonamento imediato ao Supervisor.
  • Gerir e monitorar alertas de stock mínimo no sistema; comunicar ao Supervisor sempre que um item crítico (lista A) se aproxime do limite, antes da ruptura.
  • Manter actualizado o registo de entradas e saídas de mercadoria no sistema (Wintouch).
  • Executar as contagens cíclicas de inventário conforme o calendário definido: itens A (semanal), B (quinzenal), C (mensal).
  • Reconciliar imediatamente as divergências entre o stock físico e o sistema; abrir registo de causa (erro de lançamento, quebra, validade expirada, etc.) e propor correcção.
  • Produzir e enviar ao Supervisor Adjunto, no início de cada dia, um quadro com a situação do dia anterior: movimentos, divergências, pendências, alertas.
  • Apoiar o Supervisor Adjunto na elaboração do plano do dia seguinte (até às 17h).
  • Apoiar respostas a auditorias internas e externas (Valente — Auditor Interno; auditoria fiscal) com os documentos solicitados, em tempo útil.
  • Reportar imediatamente ao Supervisor Adjunto qualquer divergência, suspeita de erro ou irregularidade.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Médio concluído (obrigatório). Licenciatura em Gestão, Logística ou áreas afins é forte vantagem.
  • Conhecimento de Sistemas contabilísticos/de gestão de stock (Wintouch)
  • Excel intermédio a avançado
  • Rigor absoluto com números, datas e documentos
  • Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão
