Missão do cargo

Buscamos um(a) Pasteleiro(a) talentoso(a) e experiente para atuar na produção de sobremesas artesanais, doces e salgados de pastelaria, com especial foco em sobremesas finas (como petit gâteau, mousses, tartelettes, pavês, brownies, entre outras). O profissional será responsável por preparar, montar e decorar produtos de pastelaria, garantindo elevados padrões de sabor, qualidade e apresentação no café do supermercado.

Principais Atividades:

  • Preparar massas, cremes, recheios, coberturas e caldas;
  • Produzir sobremesas individuais e porções (ex: petit gâteau, mousse, cheesecake, pavê, tartelette, brownie, etc.);
  • Montar e decorar sobremesas e doces seguindo os padrões de qualidade e estética da marca;
  • Seguir fichas técnicas e garantir a padronização de sabor, textura e apresentação;
  • Controlar validade, qualidade e quantidade dos insumos utilizados;
  • Zelar pela organização, limpeza e higiene da área de produção, conforme normas de Boas Práticas de Fabrico (BPF);
  • Auxiliar no desenvolvimento de novas receitas e inovações no cardápio do café;
  • Manter o ambiente de trabalho limpo e organizado;
  • Controlar o estoque de ingredientes e apoiar na elaboração da lista de compras.

Requisitos

  • Experiência comprovada como pasteleiro(a), de preferência em pastelaria fina, cafés ou restaurantes;
  • Domínio de técnicas de preparo e montagem de sobremesas e produtos de pastelaria;
  • Conhecimento em Boas Práticas de Manipulação de Alimentos;
  • Capricho, agilidade e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Habilidade para trabalhar em equipa e sob pressão;
  • Desejável curso de pastelaria, confeitaria ou higiene e segurança alimentar.
