Principais responsabilidades

  • Efectuar e/ou coordenar o recrutamento e selecção sempre que necessário, e coordenar os requisitos e a entrevista final com os respectivos líderes dos sectores.
  • Garantir a gestão e monitoramento de formações e outras acções de capacitação aos recem-admitidos.
  • Garantir a actualização de seguros de trabalho, Relação Nominal, entre outros documentos legais para todos os colaboradores.
  • Actuar como agente de cultura organizacional e disseminador dos valores da empresa no dia a dia como também ponto focal em situações críticas como conflitos, gestão de crises, etc.
  • Manter o arquivo físico sempre actualizado e organizado, fazendo uma revisão continua de 45 a 45 dias para certificar-se de que esta tudo em conformidade.
  • Traçar estratégias para tornar (ou manter) o clima organizacional da empresa agradável e saudável.
  • Elaborar mensalmente mapas de efectividade e prestar atenção nas faltas justificadas e injustificadas a fim de dar o devido seguimento
  • Fazer processamento de salários, INSS e IRPS.
  • Garantir o cumprimento com a legislação laboral e regulamentos aplicáveis ao negócio

Requisitos

  • Ensino Superior completo em Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas afins. Pós-graduação será um diferencial
  • Experiência anterior como Recursos Humanos operacional preferencialmente em lojas de varejo, supermercados, logística ou indústria).
  • Domínio de ferramentas e softwares de gestão de RH

Competências Comportamentais:

  • Forte presença em campo / perfil mão na massa
  • Capacidade analítica e foco em resultados com sensibilidade humana
  • Comunicação clara e capacidade de liderança de projectos de RH e articulação com diferentes níveis hierárquicos
  • Autonomia e agilidade na resolução de problemas
  • Conhecimentos em análise de indicadores de RH legislação laboral e capacidade de actuar em conjunto com áreas jurídicas e sindicais.
