Há mais de 65 anos a Moura contribuí com novas ideias e tecnologias para termos as melhores soluções em energia e mover o futuro.Aqui, respeitamos e incentivamos a diversidade, acreditando nas pessoas e em sua capacidade de realização e desenvolvimento.Se você se identifica com um clima inovador que te proporcione desafios contínuos, vem com a gente!Que tal fazer parte dessa energia? #VemSerMoura! 〽️.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo será seu dia a dia na Moura: Construir estratégias de manutenção através dos planos de Manutenção; Garantir a disponibilidade dos equipamentos através da execução dos Planos de Manutenção; Atender as necessidades da produção através da realização das atividades de manutenção dentro das expectativas de custo, qualidade e tempo; Garantir a correta aplicação das ferramentas de gestão que apoiam os Grupos Autônomos mediante fechamento de etiquetas, passagem de conhecimento para produção, tratamento das quebras conforme gatilho e participação dos kaizens; Realizar projetos de melhoria, através da metodologia PDCA, com foco no aumento de disponibilidade e redução de custos com objetivo de atendimento das metas das áreas; Promover o desenvolvimento dos colaboradores através da aplicação das ferramentas de Gestão de Pessoas, como Matriz de habilidades, Plano de Desenvolvimento Individual, Treinamentos Internos e Externos; Garantir a gestão das pessoas de sua equipe viabilizando o crescimento e expansão dos negócios de forma sustentável através da seleção, satisfação, engajamento, retenção, capacitação e desenvolvimento, monitorando os indicadores de performance e zelando pelo bom clima organizacional;Assegurar a implementação e o cumprimento das políticas e práticas de gestão acompanhando suas aplicações na rotina da área; Garantir a eficiência da aplicação dos recursos financeiros definidos no plano estratégico por meio do planejamento, acompanhamento e análise orçamentária para tomada de decisão; Assegurar o cumprimento da cultura empresarial Moura através do exemplo e de práticas de disseminação contínuas estimuladas pela empresa;Garantir o bem-estar dos colaboradores, bem como o cumprimento e a disseminação das normas de saúde, segurança e meio ambiente através do acompanhamento dos padrões e políticas definidos pela empresa.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que buscamos?Formação: Ensino Técnico completo em Mecânica ou Eletromecânica.Diferencial Ensino Superior em Engenharia Mecânica ou áreas relacionadas.

Conhecimentos:Conhecimento em manutenção preventiva e corretiva de máquinas e equipamentos industriais;Conhecimento em sistemas mecânicos, hidráulicos e pneumáticos;Conhecimento em identificação e diagnóstico de falhas mecânicas;Conhecimento em procedimentos e normas de segurança aplicáveis às atividades de manutenção;Conhecimento básico em controle de ordens de serviço, materiais e peças de reposição.

Você se destaca, se tiver:Experiência com liderança ou função similar em manutenção mecânica industrial;Conhecimento em análise de causa de falhas e melhoria contínua;Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão da manutenção (WCM / Pilar de PM / SAP).Certificações obrigatórias: CFT.
