Estamos em busca de um profissional proativo, dinâmico e orientado a resultados para integrar nosso time como Analista de E-commerce Júnior. Essa posição desempenha um papel essencial no monitoramento e análise de dados de marketplaces, identificação de oportunidades de vendas e otimização de campanhas digitais, contribuindo para o crescimento e sucesso do nosso negócio no ambiente online.

Atividades:

  • Cadastrar novos produtos na plataforma e marketplaces.
  • Atualizar títulos, descrições, imagens e categorização de produtos.
  • Monitorar funcionamento da loja virtual e identificar possíveis erros ou produtos fora do ar.
  • Responder perguntas de clientes em marketplaces e canais de atendimento.
  • Acompanhar pedidos com atraso ou divergência e apoiar na resolução.
  • Atualizar preços ou campanhas promocionais conforme orientação da gestão.
  • Apoiar na análise básica de concorrentes e preços praticados no mercado.
  • Gerar relatórios simples de vendas e repassar informações para o gestor.
