(VAGA 100% PRESENCIAL – CONTRATAÇÃO CLT)Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVocê terá a oportunidade de:Gestão de Market Place:Gerenciar e otimizar vendas em canais como Mercado Livre, Amazon, Shopee, Magalu, Netshoes e parceiros;Cadastrar, atualizar e otimizar produtos (título, descrição, imagem e SEO);Monitorar performance, margens, conversão, preços e estoque;Planejar e acompanhar campanhas, anúncios e cupons;Garantir exposição atrativa com descrições completas, fotos de qualidade e SEO interno;Gerir o fluxo de pedidos (pedido → faturamento → entrega → pós-venda);Apoiar estratégias comerciais junto ao marketing e trade;Acompanhar reputação, SLA, avaliações e atendimento;Atuar com plataformas (VTEX) e integradores (Bling, Tiny, AnyMarket, etc.);Identificar oportunidades de crescimento e melhorias operacionais.Gestão de Plataforma Própria (E-commerce):Operar e manter o e-commerce em VTEX;Gerir catálogo, promoções, banners e conteúdo via CMS;Propor melhorias em UX/UI e jornada do cliente para elevar a conversão.VAGA 100% PRESENCIALHORÁRIO DE EXPEDIENTE: SEGUNDA À QUINTA: 08:00 ÀS 18:00 - SEXTA FEIRA: 08:00 ÀS 17:00SALÁRIO: R$4.000,00 (CLT) Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara se candidatar a essa oportunidade, você precisa de:Experiência comprovada (mínimo de 2 anos) em E-commerce e/ou Marketplaces;Sólido conhecimento e experiência operacional nas plataformas VTEX (Obrigatório);Experiência prática na gestão e otimização de vendas em marketplaces como Mercado Livre, Amazon, Shopee, TIK TOK, Magalu e Netshoes, entre outros;Familiaridade com ferramentas de análise de dados e Web Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics);Excel intermediário/avançado para manipulação e análise de grandes volumes de dados;Conhecimento em conceitos de SEO, copywriting para e-commerce e performance de mídia digital.Será um diferencial se você tem: Certificação ou experiência avançada com VTEX IO;Conhecimento em Hubs de Integração;Experiência no segmento de atuação da empresa (ex: moda, eletrônicos, casa e decoração, etc.);Residir próximo ao Terminal João Dias ou ter facilidade de acesso.Competências Comportamentais: Orientação a resultados e foco em metas de vendas.Excelente capacidade analítica e raciocínio lógico.Proatividade e autonomia para resolver problemas.Boa comunicação e habilidade para trabalhar em equipe multidisciplinar.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Plano de saúde e odontoDesconto em compras de produtos do grupo empresarialRestaurante no localEstacionamentoVale TransporteDescanso RemuneradoBonificação Anual
