Responsabilidades e atribuições:

  • Responsável por acompanhar a operação diária dos marketplaces, realizando cadastro, revisão e otimização de anúncios, atualização de preços, promoções e estoques.
  • Monitorar pedidos, faturamento, entregas, cancelamentos e ocorrências, apoiando a solução de divergências junto às áreas internas e parceiros.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de vendas, conversão, competitividade de preços, reputação das lojas e qualidade dos anúncios.
  • Apoiar campanhas comerciais e ações promocionais, elaborar controles e relatórios de desempenho e identificar oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Acompanhar a integração de produtos e pedidos entre marketplaces, hubs e sistemas internos, contribuindo para a eficiência operacional e o crescimento dos canais.

Requisitos:

  • Superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Marketing, Gestão Comercial, Publicidade ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência na operação de plataformas de marketplace (Mercado Livre, Amazon, Shopee, Magalu ou similares).
  • Conhecimento em cadastro e otimização de anúncios, gestão de preços, estoque, pedidos, promoções e indicadores de desempenho.
  • Microsoft Excel intermediário e facilidade para trabalhar com relatórios e sistemas.
  • Conhecimento em ANYMARKET, VTEX, sistemas ERP e ferramentas de publicidade como Mercado Ads são diferenciais.
  • Residir em Belo Horizonte–MG ou região próxima de fácil acesso.
