Buscamos Asesores/as Telefónicos/as de Seguros para sumarse a nuestro equipo comercial y acompañar a clientes y prospectos en la elección de productos de seguros acordes a sus necesidades.

Nos orientamos a personas con vocación comercial, energía y orientación a resultados, que disfruten del desafío de generar oportunidades, manejar objeciones y transformar contactos en ventas, construyendo confianza en cada conversación.

🚀 ¿Cuál va a ser tu desafío?

📌 Gestionar oportunidades comerciales a través del contacto telefónico con clientes y prospectos.

📌 Detectar necesidades y asesorar sobre las alternativas de seguros disponibles, ofreciendo soluciones adecuadas para cada cliente.

📌 Gestionar consultas y objeciones con foco en avanzar hacia el cierre de la venta.

📌 Trabajar con objetivos e indicadores de productividad, conversión y calidad.

📌 Registrar y realizar el seguimiento de las gestiones comerciales, manteniendo la información actualizada.

Requisitos

✅ ¿Qué esperamos de vos?

  • Experiencia previa en ventas telefónicas, preferentemente de seguros, productos financieros, bancarios, servicios u otros productos intangibles.
  • Experiencia trabajando con objetivos y métricas comerciales.
  • Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas y sistemas de gestión.
