Misión

El comercial de eventos es responsable del asesoramiento, captación y gestión de clientes, acompañando a los novios durante todo el proceso de organización, coordinando propuestas y asegurando que cada evento se adapte a sus necesidades y expectativas.

Funciones principales

  • Atender y asesorar a clientes interesados en la organización de bodas
  • Elaborar propuestas personalizadas según necesidades, estilo y presupuesto
  • Realizar seguimiento comercial y cierre de ventas
  • Coordinarse con cocina, operaciones y logística para diseñar el evento
  • Gestionar la relación con el cliente antes, durante y después del evento
  • Planificar detalles del servicio (menús, timing, montaje, etc.)
  • Asegurar que la propuesta se ejecute según lo acordado
  • Detectar oportunidades de mejora y venta adicional (upselling)

Perfil requerido

  • Experiencia en ventas, atención al cliente o eventos (valorable)
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación
  • Orientación al cliente y a resultados
  • Capacidad organizativa y atención al detalle
  • Empatía y sensibilidad para tratar con clientes en momentos importantes
  • Proactividad y capacidad de gestión autónoma
  • Disponibilidad para horarios marcados por la agenda de eventos
  • Dominio de idiomas, fluidez en el inglés (se valorarán otros idiomas)
  • Capacidad de adaptación a la agenda del centro de trabajo: de lunes a domingo por turnos rotativos
