Misión

La hostess es responsable de la recepción y atención inicial de los invitados, gestionando accesos y ofreciendo una primera imagen cuidada, profesional y cercana del evento, contribuyendo a una experiencia positiva desde el primer momento.

Funciones principales

  • Recibir y dar la bienvenida a los asistentes al evento
  • Gestionar accesos, acreditaciones o listas de invitados
  • Informar y orientar a los asistentes sobre el evento (ubicaciones, horarios, servicios, etc.)
  • Resolver dudas básicas de los invitados de forma amable y eficiente
  • Coordinar la entrada de invitados para evitar aglomeraciones
  • Mantener una actitud profesional y una imagen impecable durante todo el evento
  • Apoyar en tareas de atención al cliente según necesidades del servicio
  • Colaborar con el equipo de organización para asegurar una experiencia fluida

Perfil requerido

  • Buena presencia y habilidades de comunicación
  • Actitud amable, cercana y orientada al cliente
  • Capacidad organizativa y de gestión de flujos de personas
  • Responsabilidad y puntualidad
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo
  • Imprescindible dominio de español y de inglés; se valorará el conocimiento de otros idiomas (Francés, Italiano, …).
  • Capacidad de adaptación a la agenda del centro de trabajo: de lunes a domingo por turnos rotativos
