Misión

El maitre es responsable de la coordinación del servicio de sala, liderando al equipo de camareros y asegurando que la atención al cliente sea excelente, fluida y alineada con los estándares del evento.

Funciones principales

  • Coordinar y supervisar el servicio de sala durante el evento
  • Organizar y dirigir al equipo de camareros
  • Planificar la distribución de mesas y el flujo del servicio
  • Garantizar una atención al cliente profesional, cercana y eficiente
  • Controlar los tiempos del servicio en coordinación con cocina
  • Resolver incidencias o peticiones de clientes durante el evento
  • Supervisar el montaje, limpieza y presentación de la sala
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y protocolo
  • Coordinarse con cocina, barra y logística para un servicio fluido

Perfil requerido

  • Experiencia previa como maître o responsable de sala
  • Habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trato con el cliente
  • Capacidad organizativa y de planificación
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión
  • Orientación al detalle y a la excelencia
  • Disponibilidad horaria flexible, incluyendo fines de semana y festivos
  • Capacidad para formar a nuevas incorporaciones y promover la venta cruzada para subir el

ticket medio

  • Conocimientos básicos sobre vinos
  • Capacidad de adaptación a la agenda del centro de trabajo: de lunes a domingo por turnos rotativos
