O Grupo Engear está estruturando sua área de Pessoas. Buscamos uma pessoa Analista de Departamento Pessoal que combine domínio operacional, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de aprimorar processos.

A posição será responsável por preparar, calcular e conferir as informações da folha de pagamento, administrar ponto, benefícios e movimentações de pessoal e atuar como interface técnica com a contabilidade terceirizada.

Além de executar as rotinas, esperamos que esse profissional contribua para fortalecer controles, padronizar procedimentos, reduzir retrabalho e aumentar a segurança das informações.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Executar e conferir admissões, movimentações, férias, afastamentos e desligamentos;
  • Controlar ponto, faltas, atrasos, horas extras, banco de horas, folgas e demais ocorrências de jornada;
  • Preparar, conferir e validar informações para processamento da folha de pagamento;
  • Conferir a folha processada e tratar divergências antes do fechamento;
  • Administrar benefícios e realizar conciliações com folha e Financeiro;
  • Acompanhar obrigações trabalhistas e previdenciárias, incluindo eSocial, FGTS Digital e DCTFWeb;
  • Acompanhar convenções e acordos coletivos e seus impactos nas relações de trabalho;
  • Manter cadastros e documentos funcionais atualizados e organizados;
  • Atender colaboradores e orientar gestores sobre rotinas de Departamento Pessoal;
  • Apoiar auditorias, fiscalizações, mobilizações e demandas trabalhistas;
  • Monitorar riscos, vencimentos e inconsistências que possam gerar impactos financeiros ou trabalhistas;
  • Elaborar controles, indicadores e análises de DP;
  • Contribuir para automação, padronização e melhoria contínua dos processos da área.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Experiência em rotinas de Departamento Pessoal;
  • Conhecimento de folha de pagamento, ponto, férias, rescisões, benefícios e legislação trabalhista;
  • Conhecimento de eSocial, FGTS Digital e obrigações relacionadas ao DP;
  • Excel avançado, incluindo fórmulas, tabelas dinâmicas, tratamento e análise de dados;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de Business Intelligence (BI) para elaboração e acompanhamento de indicadores e dashboards;
  • Perfil analítico, organização e atenção a detalhes;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar com prazos e informações confidenciais.

Será um diferencial

  • Experiência em empresas com mais de um CNPJ ou operação compartilhada;
  • Experiência com indicadores e automação de processos de Departamento Pessoal;
  • Conhecimento em Power BI;
  • Vivência em empresas de engenharia, serviços, manutenção ou operações com colaboradores mobilizados em clientes.
