The posting

Executar as rotinas técnicas como Supervisor de Obra de instalação de sistema AVAC (aquecimento, ventilação e ar condicionado). Trata-se de contrato temporário com duração prevista de 8 meses.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Planejar e supervisionar a execução das atividades de instalação HVAC.
  • Coordenar equipes de montagem, tubulação, elétrica e automação.
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos de segurança do trabalho.
  • Controlar materiais, ferramentas e equipamentos da obra.
  • Emitir relatórios de avanço físico.
  • Realizar medições de serviços executados.
  • Participar de reuniões de acompanhamento com cliente e fiscalização.
  • Identificar desvios de prazo, custo e qualidade e propor ações corretivas.
  • Acompanhar testes, startup e comissionamento dos sistemas.
  • Apoiar a gestão de contratos e documentação técnica da obra.

Experiência em supervisão de obras e de equipes operacionais. Experiência em Instalação de dutos de ar-condicionado e ventilação, sistemas de água gelada, Chillers, Fancoils e VRF, Exaustão mecânica e pressurização, salas limpas e ambientes controlados (desejável).

Vivência na gestão de equipes próprias e terceirizadas. Experiência em obras industriais, logísticas ou ferroviárias será considerada diferencial.

Leitura e interpretação de projetos AVAC. Interpretação de fluxogramas, isométricos e desenhos de fabricação. Conhecimento das normas:ABNT NBR 16401. NR-10. NR-18. NR-35. NR-33. Normas de qualidade e segurança aplicáveis. Conhecimento em testes, balanceamento e comissionamento de sistemas AVAC. Planejamento e controle físico de obras. Controle de produtividade e acompanhamento de cronogramas.
