Buscamos um(a) profissional com experiência em Segurança do Trabalho, visão de processos e capacidade de liderança para atuar na supervisão de SST, integrando as equipes de atendimento corporativo e de campo.

O principal desafio será fortalecer a padronização dos processos, assegurar a conformidade legal e contratual e desenvolver soluções técnicas que contribuam para uma operação mais segura, eficiente e organizada.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Supervisionar e orientar tecnicamente os profissionais de Segurança do Trabalho que atuam na sede e nos contratos, acompanhando a qualidade das entregas, o desempenho e o alinhamento das equipes.
  • Orientar a aplicação das Normas Regulamentadoras, dos procedimentos internos e dos requisitos de segurança específicos de cada cliente.
  • Acompanhar a implementação e a efetividade das medidas de prevenção previstas nos PGRs e demais programas de SST, identificando riscos, desvios e oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Analisar criticamente exigências técnicas e contratuais de SST, propondo soluções fundamentadas na legislação, seguras e viáveis para as operações da Engear.
  • Supervisionar a gestão documental de SST, assegurando consistência, rastreabilidade, atualização e cumprimento dos requisitos e prazos aplicáveis, inclusive nos processos de mobilização.
  • Estruturar, padronizar e aprimorar procedimentos, fluxos de trabalho e controles de SST, promovendo maior eficiência e integração entre as equipes.
  • Coordenar e acompanhar inspeções de segurança e verificações preventivas nos contratos, orientando o tratamento de não conformidades e situações de risco.
  • Acompanhar as investigações de incidentes e acidentes de trabalho, assegurando a análise de causas, o tratamento das ocorrências e a efetividade das ações corretivas e preventivas.
  • Monitorar indicadores, pendências e planos de ação de SST, articulando as tratativas com as equipes técnicas, gestores operacionais e demais áreas envolvidas.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Formação técnica em Segurança do Trabalho, com registro profissional regular.
  • Experiência em SST, preferencialmente em ambientes industriais, engenharia ou prestação de serviços técnicos.
  • Conhecimento das Normas Regulamentadoras e sua aplicação prática.
  • Experiência com gestão documental, análise de riscos e melhoria de processos.
  • Vivência em liderança ou orientação técnica de equipes.
  • Pacote Office - nível intermediário.

Será um diferencial

  • Experiência com SST em contratos de grandes empresas e ambientes industriais.
  • Conhecimento de sistemas de gestão, auditorias e indicadores de SST.
  • Experiência com equipes distribuídas em diferentes contratos ou localidades.
