O Grupo Engear busca um profissional com sólida experiência em orçamentos técnicos, visão comercial e domínio de soluções em sistemas HVAC para atuar na elaboração de propostas competitivas, tecnicamente consistentes e alinhadas às necessidades dos clientes.

Principais responsabilidades

• Elaborar propostas técnicas e comerciais; • Analisar projetos, memoriais descritivos, escopos e especificações técnicas; • Realizar levantamentos quantitativos; • Desenvolver composições de custos diretos e indiretos; • Calcular e analisar BDI; • Solicitar e analisar cotações de fornecedores e prestadores de serviços; • Negociar preços, prazos e condições comerciais; • Elaborar cronogramas e apoiar o planejamento das propostas; • Participar de visitas técnicas e levantamentos em campo; • Apoiar a construção de soluções técnicas e comerciais para os clientes.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

• Experiência comprovada na elaboração de propostas técnicas e comerciais; • Experiência com leitura e interpretação de projetos; • Conhecimento em levantamento quantitativo; • Domínio de composição de custos diretos e indiretos; • Conhecimento de BDI; • Experiência em negociação com fornecedores; • Excel avançado; • Domínio de MS Project ou ferramenta equivalente; • Conhecimento em sistemas HVAC, como VRF, Chiller, Splitão e sistemas de Água Gelada; • Disponibilidade para realização de visitas técnicas.

Requisitos desejáveis:

• Conhecimento em AutoCAD e Revit/BIM; • Conhecimento em Power BI; • Familiaridade com sistemas ERP, como TOTVS, SAP ou similares; • Experiência com CRM; • Conhecimento em metodologias de gestão de projetos; • Inglês técnico para leitura de catálogos, manuais e especificações;
