Atividade:

Atuar com Agricultura de Precisão, negociando a venda de equipamentos e produtos digitais atentando-se a preços, prazos de entrega, volume em estoque e da prestação de serviços proativos e reativos.

Responsabilidades:

Gestão Comercial

  • Responsabilizar-se pelo cumprimento dos objetivos e metas de vendas de Agricultura Digital e Drones.
  • Desenvolver oportunidades comerciais e prospectar novos clientes e negócios.
  • Acompanhar negociações, elaborar propostas e atuar diretamente no fechamento de vendas.
  • Desenvolver estratégias para ampliar a participação da Cerrado Máquinas no mercado de Agricultura Digital.

Prospecção e Atendimento ao Cliente

  • Realizar visitas a campo, individualmente ou em conjunto com as equipes de Peças, Comercial e Serviços, identificando oportunidades de negócios.
  • Apresentar soluções tecnológicas que agreguem produtividade, eficiência e rentabilidade aos clientes.
  • Realizar atendimento, acompanhamento e suporte aos clientes na utilização dos equipamentos e soluções comercializadas.

Treinamentos e Desenvolvimento de Equipes

  • Desenvolver e ministrar treinamentos de produtos e soluções de Agricultura Digital e Drones para as equipes internas de Peças, Comercial e Serviços.
  • Capacitar os colaboradores para identificar oportunidades e gerar novos negócios.
  • Realizar treinamentos e orientações aos clientes sobre operação, utilização e funcionalidades dos equipamentos.

Demonstrações e Eventos

  • Realizar demonstrações práticas de equipamentos e soluções em propriedades rurais, feiras e eventos.
  • Organizar e participar de dias de campo, eventos regionais e feiras promovidas pela fábrica ou pela Cerrado Máquinas.
  • Representar a empresa em eventos comerciais e técnicos relacionados à Agricultura Digital.

Operação e Suporte

  • Realizar a montagem, configuração e preparação dos equipamentos para entrega e demonstração.
  • Apoiar a implantação e utilização das soluções de Agricultura Digital junto aos clientes.
  • Prestar suporte operacional e orientar os clientes na utilização dos equipamentos e tecnologias.

Qualificações

  • Conhecimento prático sobre tecnologias digitais aplicadas à agricultura e operação de drones, com compreensão básica sobre os benefícios e limitações dessas ferramentas.
  • Habilidade em análise de dados para interpretação e apresentação de resultados, com foco na melhoria contínua dos processos.
  • Capacidade de comunicação clara e efetiva, tanto interna quanto externamente, para garantir o alinhamento das equipes.
  • Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Agronomia, Engenharia Agrícola, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiência prévia em estágios ou trabalhos que envolvam tecnologias agrícolas ou uso de drones. Experiência em análise de dados e integração de soluções tecnológicas será considerada um diferencial.

Requisitos

  • Disponibilidade para viagens e deslocamentos entre as unidades e regiões de atuação das lojas do grupo.
  • Disponibilidade para participação em feiras, eventos e dias de campo.
  • Facilidade de comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e negociação.
  • Perfil comercial, proativo e orientado a resultados.
  • Interesse e afinidade com tecnologia, inovação e agronegócio.
