Atividades:

Realizar as revisões e manutenção mecânica e elétrica em tratores, implementos e máquinas agrícolas.

Responsabilidades:

Atividades técnicas:

  • Realizar a manutenção em máquinas e implementos agrícolas de baixa complexidade.
  • Fazer a revisão e a preparação de equipamentos novos.
  • Realizar a montagem e desmontagem de equipamentos e peças de baixa complexidade.
  • Preparar peças e ferramentas para utilização.
  • Lavar máquinas e implementos antes ou após manutenção.
  • Fazer a montagem de barra de luz, piloto elétrico, piloto hidráulico e Field-IQ.
  • Utilizar ferramenta eletrônica Service Tools, fluxômetro, balança de lastreamento, visando facilitar diagnósticos e realização dos serviços com precisão.

Relacionamento com o cliente:

  • Realizar atendimento de qualidade mantendo postura adequada perante o cliente, nas dependências da empresa e nas propriedades rurais onde prestar serviços.
  • Colher os questionamentos do cliente durante o atendimento, buscar soluções dentro das suas responsabilidades e/ou repassar para ao superior imediato.
  • Realizar serviço de qualidade cumprindo os procedimentos para cada atividade executada.

Procedimentos administrativos:

  • Preencher corretamente a ordem de serviço, portal e aplicativo.
  • Cumprir com as programações de prestação dos serviços nas propriedades e na oficina.
  • Preencher o diário de bordo e entregar ao Assistente Administrativo responsável.

Patrimônio e organização:

  • Zelar pelos equipamentos, ferramentas e instalações da empresa.
  • Manter o ambiente de trabalho limpo e organizado, tanto na empresa quanto em campo.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino médio completo (técnico será diferencial);
  • Experiência básica na área;
  • Noções de sistemas mecânicos, elétricos e hidráulicos;
  • Disponibilidade para atendimento em propriedades rurais e CNH B.
  • Proatividade, organização e boa comunicação;
  • Comprometimento com qualidade e prazos.
