Misión del puesto

Garantizar la correcta administración técnica de los procesos financieros relacionados con el envío de cuentas, conciliación bancaria y gestión de pagos, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional. El Ejecutivo de Administración Técnica es responsable de asegurar la precisión en el manejo de los pools financieros, la cartera asignada y la generación de reportes e indicadores que respalden la toma de decisiones, contribuyendo al control eficiente y transparente de los recursos económicos de la organización.

Funciones

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Administración y seguimiento de cuentas asignadas de Centroamérica.
  • Control y resguardo de contratos y documentación.
  • Revisión y conciliación de estados de cuenta.
  • Aplicación de ingresos y seguimiento de cobranza.
  • Atención y seguimiento a clientes mediante correo electrónico.
  • Control y organización de información operativa y administrativa.

Perfil:

  • Licenciatura concluida o trunca en áreas económico-administrativas.
  • Experiencia en actividades administrativas, atención a clientes, cobranza, facturación o manejo de cuentas.
  • Manejo de Excel intermedio.
  • Facilidad para la redacción y seguimiento de correos.
