Misión del puesto

Con conjunto con el supervisor del área será responsable de supervisar la operación de la Cabina de Siniestros. Administrar y optimizar los recursos de sus operaciones a cargo mediante análisis de la información, necesidades de sistemas y métricas operativas, apoyan en el seguimiento de los Niveles de Servicio buscando que se encuentren en un nivel óptimo de acuerdo con las métricas que establezca la compañía.

¿Tienes experiencia en cabina de siniestros, atención de emergencias o call center de seguros? ¿Has coordinado equipos de trabajo y buscas una oportunidad para crecer profesionalmente?

En General de Seguros | Grupo Peña Verde estamos buscando un TEAM LEADER para integrarse a una nueva operación en Guadalajara.

📍 Guadalajara, Jalisco 🏢 Modalidad 100% Presencial

HORARIO

Miércoles a Domingo 23:00 a 06:00 hrs

✅ Descanso fijo: Lunes y Martes

¿QUÉ BUSCAMOS?

✅ Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en cabina de siniestros o call center del sector asegurador.

✅ Experiencia coordinando, guiando o liderando equipos operativos.

✅ Conocimiento en atención de siniestros, asignación de ajustadores y seguimiento de servicios de asistencia.

✅ Experiencia en monitoreo de indicadores operativos y niveles de servicio.

✅ Manejo de Excel intermedio.

✅ Disponibilidad para laborar en turno nocturno.

✅ Habilidades de comunicación, seguimiento y solución de problemas.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Coordinar y dar seguimiento a la operación diaria del equipo.
  • Monitorear indicadores de productividad y niveles de servicio.
  • Asegurar que las herramientas operativas funcionen correctamente para el cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Brindar acompañamiento, coaching y retroalimentación al equipo de ejecutivos.
  • Apoyar en la resolución de dudas operativas de ejecutivos telefónicos y radio operadores.
  • Gestionar incidencias y escalaciones relacionadas con asegurados, agentes, clientes y proveedores.
  • Participar en sesiones de calibración y seguimiento de calidad.
  • Trabajar de forma conjunta con el área de Calidad para asegurar los estándares de atención y servicio.
  • Ejecutar y dar seguimiento a planes de acción enfocados en mejora continua.
  • Apoyar al Supervisor en la elaboración y seguimiento de indicadores mensuales.
  • Garantizar una experiencia de servicio efectiva para los asegurados.
