Misión del puesto

Mantener y mejorar los niveles de servicio y disminuir el tiempo de respuesta de quejas de los asegurados y del personal interno.

Funciones

  • Atención postventa a agentes, promotores, asegurados y/o afectados.
  • Seguimiento a trámites operativos postventa (altas, bajas, endosos, siniestros).
  • Reforzar y acompañar a agentes y promotores en el uso correcto de las plataformas.
  • Seguimiento al cumplimiento a las áreas de servicio de soporte (por ejemplo, pagos).
  • Recepción de documentación conforme al check list de la línea de negocio.
  • Impresión y armado de pólizas (en sucursales).
  • Impresión de cheques

Requisitos:

  • Educación: Licenciatura
  • Experiencia: Atención al cliente, actividades administrativas, proactividad e iniciativa, deseable conocimientos en seguros.
  • Excel básico
  • Horario: Lunes a Viernes 8:00 a 17:00 , esquema 100% presencial
