岗位介绍 我们希望找到一位理解 B 端业务、善于推动协作的产品运营，连接客户成功与产品团队，推动客户问题闭环、新功能落地和业务数据运营。 你将从具体业务场景出发，将一线经验沉淀为可复用的流程、知识和运营机制，帮助团队提升服务效率，让产品更好地服务客户。 一、岗位职责 1. 客户问题管理与跨部门协同 - 统一归集一线反馈与客户问题，完善问题分类、优先级、责任人及进度跟踪机制，推动从受理、处理到结果回传的完整闭环。 - 协调客户成功、产品等团队，推进问题排查及解决方案，提升响应效率与质量。 2. 产品推广与团队赋能 - 围绕新功能发布，组织产品信息同步、培训及落地支持，跟踪功能使用反馈。 - 结合客户成功的实际工作场景，搭建并持续完善新人培训内容、产品操作指南和高频问题知识库。 - 跟踪培训效果与实际应用情况，持续优化，提升一线团队的产品理解与客户服务能力。 3. 业务数据运营与风险预警 - 围绕产品使用、项目运行及客户健康度，整理分析业务数据，维护运营看板，支持团队判断与决策。 - 监测重点项目的异常信号，识别潜在风险，协同相关团队推动处置并跟踪结果。

二、任职要求 1. 理解 B 端产品交付或客户成功工作场景，能够识别问题、梳理流程并推进落地。 2. 具备强跨部门沟通与推动能力，能够明确责任、协调资源、跟踪进度，持续推动问题解决。 3. 具备结构化思考与信息整理能力，能够将零散反馈归纳为清晰的问题分类、行动计划和标准文档。 4. 具备基础数据意识，能够使用 Excel、多维表格等工具进行信息管理和基础分析，并根据数据发现问题、推动行动。 5. 做事主动、细致，有责任心，既能推进日常运营，也愿意将实践经验沉淀为可复用的方法与机制。 6. 加分项 - 具备教育科技、校园业务或其他 B 端产品相关经验。 - 具备一线实施交付、客户成功或客户服务经验。 - 有产品培训、知识库建设、内容运营或新功能推广经验。 - 熟悉 SQL、BI、自动化工具，或有业务监控、客户健康度分析经验。 三、你将获得 - 深入参与客户成功与产品、研发协作，在真实业务场景中推动产品优化和客户价值实现。 - 参与搭建问题管理、产品赋能和数据运营机制，持续积累体系化运营经验。 - 随着业务理解与独立推进能力提升，逐步承担运营方案设计及更完整的模块职责。
