  • Du betreust unsere Bestandskunden, baust diese strategisch aus und gewinnst attraktive Neukunden aus verschiedenen Branchen
  • Du berätst Kunden und Interessenten zu unseren maßgeschneiderten Softwarelösungen, die auf deren spezifische Anforderungen zugeschnitten sind
  • Du erstellst Angebote, verfolgst diese nach und sorgst für eine zuverlässige Auftragsabwicklung
  • Du fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle und Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden während laufender Projekte und arbeitest eng mit unseren Solution Experts zusammen, um Projekte erfolgreich abzuschließen

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, IT-Management oder in einem ähnlichen Bereich. Alternativ eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt IT, ergänzt durch Weiterbildungen und Zertifizierungen im Bereich Account Management
  • Berufserfahrung im Account Management oder im IT-Bereich
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Eigeninitiative und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
  • Analytisches Denken
