The posting

Ein 2020 gegründetes Recycling Scaleup mit rund 80 Mitarbeitenden professionalisiert seine Finanzfunktion. Du baust das Controlling auf, auf dessen Zahlen die Geschäftsführung künftig entscheidet.

Die Rolle

Du verantwortest das Controlling und berichtest direkt an die Geschäftsführung. Standort ist Neuss, hybrid mit mindestens zwei Präsenztagen pro Woche.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Monatsabschlüsse, Budgets und Forecasts erstellen und als Entscheidungsgrundlage für die Geschäftsführung aufbereiten.
  • Die Kostenstellenrechnung aufbauen und Deckungsbeitragsanalysen durchführen.
  • Liquidität und Working Capital steuern und Finanzierungsinstrumente koordinieren.
  • KPIs und Dashboards entwickeln und wiederkehrende Finanzprozesse gemeinsam mit der IT automatisieren.
  • Die Buchhaltung bei Abwesenheit vertreten.

Dein Profil

  • 3 bis 5 Jahre Controlling in einem operativen Umfeld wie Logistik, Handel, Industrie oder Produktion.
  • Sicher in Budgetierung, Forecasting, Kostenstellen- und Deckungsbeitragsrechnung sowie in der vorbereitenden Buchhaltung.
  • Fortgeschrittenes Excel; Erfahrung mit DATEV und EasyBill ist ein Vorteil.
  • Eine strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und die Klarheit, der Geschäftsführung auch unbequeme Zahlen zu vermitteln.
  • Fließend Deutsch, gute Englischkenntnisse.

Das Unternehmen wurde 2020 gegründet und erbringt mobile Recycling- und Umweltdienstleistungen. Mit eigenem Fahrerteam holt es Altmetall direkt bei Handwerksbetrieben auf der Baustelle ab und führt es der Verwertung zu. Rund 80 Mitarbeitende, internationales Team.
