The posting

PVolution ist in vier Jahren von null auf einen achtstelligen Umsatz gewachsen und baut jetzt die Führung aus. Du übernimmst den Vertrieb und nach rund 18 Monaten das operative Tagesgeschäft vom Gründer, als Geschäftsführer in Doppelfunktion mit dem Vertrieb.

Die Rolle

Du verantwortest den B2B-Vertrieb von Solarmodulen und Speicherlösungen im DACH-Raum und arbeitest direkt mit den Gründern an der Skalierung. Standort ist München-Grünwald.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eine eigene B2B-Pipeline im DACH-Raum aufbauen und abschließen, vor allem telefonisch und per Video.
  • Solarmodule im Projektgeschäft und beratungsintensive Speicherlösungen an Solarparks, Stadtwerke und Gewerbekunden verkaufen.
  • Ein Sales Team einstellen und zu messbaren Ergebnissen führen.
  • Schrittweise Business Development, Finance, Logistik und Supply Chain verantworten.
  • Nach rund 18 Monaten das operative Tagesgeschäft vom Gründer übernehmen.

Dein Profil

  • Nachweislich selbst verkauft und abgeschlossen: B2B, eigene Pipeline, echte Abschlüsse.
  • Führungserfahrung oder das klare Potenzial dazu, verbunden mit dem Willen zur Unternehmensverantwortung.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken: Du willst ein Geschäft aufbauen, nicht eine Quote verwalten.
  • Erfahrung in PV, Speicher oder Energie ist ein Plus, kein Muss.
  • Idealerweise bringst du ein bis zwei starke Leute aus deinem letzten Vertriebsteam mit.
