The posting

Ein inhabergeführtes Schweizer MedTech-Unternehmen im St. Galler Rheintal wächst mit Positionierungssystemen für die orthopädische Chirurgie, die Chirurgen weltweit im OP einsetzen. Du übernimmst die kommerzielle Verantwortung für das Produktportfolio und begleitest neue Produkte von der ersten Idee bis in den Operationssaal.

Die Rolle

Du verantwortest das Portfolio über den gesamten Lebenszyklus und arbeitest direkt mit der Geschäftsleitung, ohne Matrixorganisation. Arbeitsort ist Buchs SG, vor Ort, mit rund 10 % Reisetätigkeit, vor allem an Kongresse.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Das Produktportfolio kommerziell verantworten: Anwender, Indikationen, Wettbewerb, Positionierung und Nutzenargumentation.
  • Neue Produkte von der Idee bis zum Launch begleiten: Anforderungen mit Chirurgen und OP-Teams erheben, in der Entwicklung mitarbeiten und die Markteinführung planen.
  • Das weltweite Distributorennetz mit Verkaufsunterlagen, Produktvideos und Schulungen vor Ort und remote befähigen, eng abgestimmt mit dem Marketing.
  • Operationen und Kongressauftritte begleiten, um Anwendung und Bedürfnisse aus erster Hand zu kennen.
  • Produktdokumentation, Übersetzungen und Preislisten für die Zielmärkte pflegen, in Abstimmung mit dem Qualitätsmanagement.

Dein Profil

  • Eine technische Grundausbildung, zum Beispiel Polymechanik, technische Lehre oder FH-Ingenieurwesen.
  • Zwei bis vier Jahre Berufserfahrung mit kommerziellem Bezug, etwa im Vertrieb, Produktmanagement, in der Kundenbetreuung oder im Applikationssupport.
  • Eine strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und die Bereitschaft, im kleinen Team operativ anzupacken.
  • Freude am Präsentieren, ob in Schulungen, Videos oder am Messestand, und Interesse am OP-Umfeld; Erfahrung in der Medizintechnik ist ein Plus.
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch.

  • Ein internationales Umfeld mit direktem Kontakt zu Chirurgen und Distributionspartnern.

Das Unternehmen entwickelt, produziert und vermarktet Positionierungssysteme für die orthopädische Chirurgie, die weltweit im Operationssaal eingesetzt werden.
