Ausgangslage

Im Zuge einer Nachfolge wird eine Schlüsselrolle im strategischen Einkauf neu besetzt, in einer Phase, in der Cloud und digitale Transformation den Bedarf an IT Leistungen verändern. Du verantwortest die Beschaffung von IT Dienstleistungen, Beratung und externen Fachkräften.

Die Rolle

Du verantwortest den Einkauf von Dienstleistungen mit Schwerpunkt IT, Personalverleih und Professional Services. Du arbeitest in einem Team mit fünf Personen und berichtest an die Leitung Einkauf. Arbeitsort ist der Grossraum Zürich, mit regelmässigen Homeoffice Tagen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Beschaffungsstrategien für Personalverleih, Contractors und Beratungsleistungen entwickeln und umsetzen.
  • E-Sourcing Verfahren durchführen, Angebote vergleichen und mit nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten verhandeln.
  • Rahmen- und Einzelverträge abschliessen und das bestehende Vertragsportfolio bewirtschaften.
  • Lieferantenbeziehungen führen und strategische Partnerschaften mit IT Dienstleistern aufbauen.
  • Regulatorische Vorgaben im Finanzsektor sicherstellen und Strategien gemeinsam mit IT und Compliance gegenüber dem Senior Management vertreten.

Dein Profil

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre im indirekten strategischen Einkauf, idealerweise bei Dienstleistungen und Professional Services im Banken- oder Finanzumfeld.
  • Erfahrung in der Beschaffung von Contractors und in Verhandlungen mit IT Lieferanten.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht für Personalverleih, Dienstleistungs- und IT Verträge sowie der regulatorischen Anforderungen an Outsourcing und Datenschutz.
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar, dazu eine Hands-on Mentalität.
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch.
