Ausgangslage

Das Kartengeschäft wächst, und das Team wird um eine neue Stelle erweitert. Du bringst Kredit- und Debitkarten weiter, von der Pflege des bestehenden Portfolios bis zur Lancierung neuer Produkte.

Die Rolle

Du arbeitest in einem Team mit acht Personen inklusive Teamleitung und verantwortest Karten, Dienstleistungen und Preise über den ganzen Lebenszyklus. Du arbeitest in einem agilen Setup eng mit Legal, Compliance, OpRisk, Operations und Marketing zusammen. Standort Raum Zürich, hybrid, Pensum 80 bis 100 %.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Kartenprodukte, Dienstleistungen und Preise über den Lebenszyklus weiterentwickeln, mit Fokus auf Kundennutzen und Kundenerlebnis.
  • Das Kartenportfolio mit Blick auf Rentabilität ausbauen und neue Produkte lancieren.
  • Bestehende Partnerschaften pflegen und neue aufbauen.
  • Regulatorische Anforderungen analysieren, Massnahmen umsetzen und Trends im Karten- und Paymentmarkt verfolgen.
  • Die Karten in den Kundenkanälen betreuen und komplexe Anfragen der Kundenberatung beantworten.

Dein Profil

  • Erste Jahre im Produktmanagement von Kredit- und Debitkarten oder in einem verwandten Bereich wie Payment.
  • Erfahrung mit der Lancierung neuer Produkte, zum Beispiel in einem Projekt.
  • Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule, etwa in BWL, VWL oder vergleichbar.
  • Fachwissen zu Karten, wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen und Regulierung, dazu eine analytische und pragmatische Arbeitsweise.
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und fliessendes Englisch.
