Ausgangslage

Strategie entsteht in diesem Institut nicht im Jahresworkshop, sondern in Programmen, die jemand von Anfang bis Ende durchträgt. Genau das ist deine Rolle: Du führst strategische Initiativen von der ersten Analyse bis zur umgesetzten Lösung.

Die Rolle

Du verantwortest zentrale strategische Vorhaben und steuerst sie über Bereiche hinweg, ohne disziplinarische Führung, dafür über Inhalte, Programme und Stakeholder. Du erarbeitest Entscheidungsgrundlagen bis auf Geschäftsleitungsebene und berichtest direkt ans Management. Standort Raum Zürich, hybrid.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Strategische Initiativen von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung steuern
  • Fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen erarbeiten, von Business Cases über Szenarien bis zu Impact-Analysen
  • Komplexe Fragestellungen strukturieren und für die Geschäftsleitung aufbereiten
  • Stakeholder über Bereiche und Hierarchien hinweg einbinden und ausrichten
  • Zwischen Strategie und Umsetzung vermitteln und selbst mit anpacken

Dein Profil

  • 8 bis 10 Jahre in Strategie, Transformation oder Programmleitung, idealerweise aus einer Kombination von Beratung und Bank
  • Fundiertes Verständnis des Schweizer Bankings
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten oder Programmen
  • Strukturiert-analytische Denkweise gepaart mit Umsetzungsstärke
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch, Englisch von Vorteil
