Ausgangslage

Ein Cyber Security Team mit sechs Personen wird auf Senior Stufe verstärkt. Du übernimmst Incident Response, Detection und Schwachstellenmanagement direkt im Tagesgeschäft der Bank.

Die Rolle

Du verantwortest die operative Abwehr von Cyberbedrohungen und entwickelst die Sicherheitsstandards der Bank weiter. Du berichtest an die Leitung Cyber Security. Standort: Raum Zürich, hybrid.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Sicherheitsvorfälle analysieren und wirksame Gegenmassnahmen umsetzen.
  • Schwachstellen mit Security Assessments aufdecken und ihre Behebung mit den Systemverantwortlichen vorantreiben.
  • Security Monitoring und Detection über XDR, Endpoint, Cloud und SIEM weiterentwickeln.
  • Sicherheitsprojekte mit internen und externen Partnern umsetzen und die Cyber Resilienz der Bank stärken.
  • Sicherheitsstandards und Prozesse mitgestalten, die Compliance sicherstellen und den Pikettdienst mittragen.

Dein Profil

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Cyber Security, idealerweise im Banken- oder Finanzumfeld.
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Universität, FH oder HF) in Informationssicherheit, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Fundierte Praxis in Security Operations, Incident Response, Netzwerk und Firewall Security sowie Threat und Vulnerability Management.
  • Hands-on Mentalität, Belastbarkeit und die Fähigkeit, Sicherheitsrisiken für Technik und Management verständlich zu machen.
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse.
