Realizar avaliação clínica dos servidores, magistrados, colaboradores ou demais usuários autorizados; Realizar anamnese, exame físico e demais procedimentos necessários; Formular hipóteses diagnósticas e estabelecer conduta dentro de sua competência; Orientar o paciente quanto ao tratamento e aos encaminhamentos necessários.

2. Situações de urgência e emergência

Prestar atendimento diante de situações de urgência ou emergência, quando estiver dentro de sua obrigação profissional; Avaliar a gravidade do quadro e adotar as medidas necessárias; Providenciar encaminhamento para serviço de maior complexidade quando necessário.

O Código de Ética Médica veda deixar de atender em situações de urgência e emergência quando isso for obrigação do médico e houver risco à vida do paciente.

3. Prontuário e documentação médica

Registrar adequadamente cada atendimento; Manter informações clínicas necessárias à condução do caso; Registrar data, horário, identificação, assinatura e CRM; Emitir atestados, receitas, relatórios e demais documentos médicos somente quando houver fundamento no atendimento realizado.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:

Estar com sua situação profissional devidamente regularizada perante o órgão de classe responsável – CREMESP.Noções de uso de prontuário eletrônico, consistente no acesso e registro de informações em sistemas informatizados de saúde, manipulação de dados clínicos e administrativos de forma ética e segura, mantendo sigilo, integridade e confidencialidade das informações de pacientes;Ter conhecimento de informática, de utilização de sistemas operacionais (Windows ou similares), navegação na internet e uso de navegadores, utilização de ferramentas de produtividade, manejar editores de texto (Microsoft Word), planilhas eletrônicas (Excel) e possuir noções de segurança digital, uso de senhas seguras e cuidados com e-mails suspeitosTer experiência de atendimento ao público, ou seja, desempenhar acolhimento humanizado e eficiente dos pacientes, comunicação clara e empática;Ter experiência em atendimento em urgência e emergências médicas;Ter formação completa em medicina com experiência em clínica geral por, no mínimo 05 (cinco) anos; Informações adicionaisSalário: R$5480,5Vale-transporte (dia): R$10,98Vale-alimentação (dia): R$0Carga horária: 20h/semanalAdicional: Insalubridade médiaJornada: 13:00 às 17:00Local: Vila Mariana - Rua Afonso Celso - São Paulo - SP
