Você será a pessoa responsável por garantir que nossas operações respeitem a legislação, protejam o meio ambiente e fortaleçam os laços com as comunidades locais. É um papel concreto, dinâmico e com propósito real.

Responsabilidades e atribuições - Acompanhar e garantir o cumprimento das condicionantes do licenciamento ambiental e dos aspectos sociais dos empreendimentos.

- Realizar vistorias técnicas in loco e participar de reuniões com órgãos licenciadores, empresas contratadas e equipes internas.

- Monitorar cronogramas de programas ambientais para assegurar a manutenção da Licença de Operação.

- Representar a Companhia junto a prefeituras, secretarias, ONGs, comitês regionais e comunidades locais.

- Apoiar a implantação de projetos e investimentos sociais, promovendo a conscientização socioambiental.

- Avaliar relatórios de não-conformidades e propor ações preventivas e corretivas.

- Validar boletins de medição, relatórios técnicos e campanhas de campo relacionados às atividades socioambientais.

Requisitos e qualificações - Formação superior em Engenharia, Biologia, Geografia, Administração, Arquitetura, Economia, Sociologia ou Direito.

- Conhecimento básico em licenciamento ambiental, normas e legislação ambiental nacional.

- Familiaridade com sistemas de geoprocessamento e ferramentas de informática (editor de texto, planilhas, apresentações).

- CNH categoria B obrigatória, com disponibilidade para viagens frequentes entre os ativos.

- Perfil autônomo, proativo e com comunicação clara e objetiva.

- Capacidade de interagir com diferentes públicos: comunidades, fornecedores, órgãos públicos e equipes internas.

- Pós-graduação em Gestão de Projetos ou Licenciamento Ambiental e inglês básico são diferenciais valorizados.
