Nessa oportunidade, você atuará no Núcleo de Controladoria, sendo responsável pela elaboração e análise de demonstrativos contábeis e financeiros, como balanço patrimonial, DRE e fluxo de caixa. Também fará a contabilização e conciliação de contas, análise de divergências, controle das movimentações de compartilhamento de risco, pagamento de cotas aos cooperados, atualização do plano de contas e demais atividades relacionadas à área. Buscamos um perfil analítico, organizado e proativo, com atenção aos detalhes, boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe, contribuindo para a confiabilidade das informações e para a tomada de decisão do negócio.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar fechamentos contábeis, garantindo a correta contabilização e conciliação das contas.Elaborar e analisar demonstrações financeiras, como Balanço Patrimonial, DRE e Fluxo de Caixa.Controlar e atualizar o plano de contas conforme normas da ANS.Efetuar lançamentos contábeis, provisões, rateios, movimentações financeiras e integrações de módulos do ERP.Analisar divergências contábeis e apoiar a correção de inconsistências nos processos.Executar conciliações contábeis, financeiras, de folha de pagamento, estoques e ressarcimento ao SUS.Calcular indicadores e provisões, incluindo margem de solvência, dissídio, PCLD, contingências cíveis e trabalhistas.Atender auditorias internas e externas, fornecendo informações e documentações necessárias.Elaborar relatórios regulatórios e gerenciais, incluindo ativos garantidores, balanço social e informações para órgãos e pesquisas externas.Realizar controles relacionados ao capital dos cooperados e pagamento de cotas.Apoiar as demais áreas e prestar orientações sobre processos e contabilizações.Requisitos e qualificações Formação:Ensino Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas.Qualificações:Excel avançado;Desejável pós-graduação em Contabilidade, Controladoria, Finanças ou áreas afins.Experiência prévia na área contábil;Conhecimento em elaboração e análise de demonstrações financeiras, conciliações contábeis e fechamento contábil.Capacidade analítica e visão crítica para identificar problemas, propor soluções e promover melhorias contínuas nos processos.Informações adicionais Somos um time engajado em fazer a diferença ao cuidar das pessoas!
