Essa oportunidade pode fazer sentido para você. 💚No Trust Group, buscamos uma pessoa para integrar o time de Controladoria, contribuindo diretamente para a qualidade das informações gerenciais da Trust e da TagLog.Como Analista de Controladoria Júnior, você estará próximo das rotinas de orçamento, acompanhamento do realizado x orçado, fechamento mensal e controles internos, apoiando a análise dos resultados e a interface da Controladoria com diferentes áreas do negócio.É uma oportunidade para quem quer desenvolver uma visão cada vez mais ampla sobre planejamento, orçamento e performance financeira, em um ambiente dinâmico, com espaço para aprendizado, autonomia e evolução profissional.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Apoiar as rotinas de orçamento e forecast, realizando o envio e acompanhamento dos templates por centro de custo;Conferir as informações recebidas das áreas, garantindo preenchimento, consistência e padrão das bases;Apoiar a consolidação orçamentária e a preparação dos arquivos para carga no TOTVS;Extrair e analisar os dados realizados, realizando o confronto com informações e relatórios do Power BI;Elaborar análises de realizado x orçado, identificando variações por centro de custo e categoria gerencial;Apoiar a investigação dos principais desvios e acompanhar as justificativas junto às áreas responsáveis;Preparar gráficos, tabelas e materiais de apoio para o book mensal de resultados;Apoiar as rotinas de fechamento mensal e atualização das informações utilizadas nas reuniões de resultados;Orientar as áreas quanto a conceitos orçamentários e correta realização dos lançamentos;Identificar possíveis inconsistências de classificação e acompanhar os ajustes junto às áreas Fiscal e Contábil;Atualizar controles de prazos, provisões, contas e centros de custo;Organizar e manter as bases, arquivos e versões mensais da Controladoria;Apoiar a documentação de regras de negócio, instruções de trabalho e processos da área;Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos e controles internos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior em andamento ou concluído em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Gestão Financeira ou áreas relacionadas;Conhecimento básico de contabilidade e conceitos de centro de custo;Excel em nível intermediário, incluindo recursos como PROCV/PROCX, SOMASES e Tabela Dinâmica;Perfil organizado, analítico e atento aos detalhes;Facilidade para se comunicar e interagir com diferentes áreas; Será um diferencial 🌟Experiência ou contato anterior com rotinas de Controladoria, Planejamento Financeiro, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento em TOTVS, especialmente para consultas e extração de relatórios;Familiaridade com Power BI e atualização de bases;Vivência com orçamento, forecast ou análises de realizado x orçado.
