Uma empresa de tecnologia que tem revolucionado o mercado da manipulação, resultando em solução e praticidade.Responsabilidades e atribuições Planejar e executar campanhas de CRM em canais como e-mail, WhatsApp e SMS;

Criar e otimizar réguas de relacionamento para diferentes etapas do ciclo de vida do cliente;

Configurarsegmentações, jornadas e automações no Salesforce Marketing Cloud;

Desenvolver ações de retenção, recompra, fidelização e reativação;

Analisar o comportamento da base para personalizar públicos, mensagens e pontos de contato;

Monitorar indicadores de CRM e propor melhorias com base nos resultados;

Realizar testes A/B de conteúdo, público, canal, oferta e frequência;

Apoiar a qualidade e a organização dos dados utilizados nas campanhas;

Trabalhar com as equipes de dados e tecnologia na integração das informações e na melhoria dos fluxos;

Elaborar briefings e atuar em parceria com conteúdo, design e demais áreas de Growth;

Acompanhartendências, ferramentas e práticasde CRM e relacionamento com clientes

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExigências:Conhecimento ou experiência com Salesforce Marketing Cloud;Familiaridade com campanhas, segmentações, jornadas e automações de CRM;Conhecimento de estratégias de ciclo de vida, retenção e relacionamento;Capacidade de analisar dados e transformar resultados em recomendações;Conhecimento das principais métricas de CRM e conversão;Organização, atenção aos detalhes e facilidade para trabalhar com diferentes áreas;Experiência com personalização e testes A/B; Conhecimento de indicadores como recompra, retenção, churn e lifetime value; Formação em Marketing, Administração, Comunicação ou áreas relacionadas.Desejável: Conhecimento de SQL, HTML ou ferramentas de análise de dados;

Familiaridade com integração, higienização e validação de bases;

Atuação anterior emvarejo, saúde, farmáciasou e-commerce.
