A pessoa será responsável por estruturar dados, automatizar processos, desenvolver modelos de IA aplicáveis ao dia a dia da gestão e criar ferramentas que suportem a tomada de decisão.É uma posição integrada ao time de investimentos, com autonomia para testar, propor e implementar soluções inovadoras.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesColeta, tratamento e organização de dadosDesenvolvimento e manutenção de pipelines de dados.Criação de dashboards e visualizações para analistas e gestores (Power BI, Streamlit, dashboards customizados).Identificação de oportunidades de automaçãoDesenvolvimento e implementação de modelos de IAAvaliação e seleção de tecnologias de IA adequadas por caso de uso.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSólida experiência em Python.Experiência em modelos de ML e/ou LLMs aplicados a problemas reais.Conhecimento de SQL e bancos de dados.Experiência com visualização de dados (Power BI, Streamlit).Capacidade de transformar necessidades do negócio em soluções de dados.Vivência com APIs e integrações.Informações adicionaisExperiência prévia em mercado financeiro, asset, research ou mesa.Conhecimento de análise financeira, demonstrações e indicadores.Experiência com:Azure, AWS ou GCPArmazenamento em nuvemFerramentas de MLOpsVR: R$ 57,00/diaVA: R$ 690,00VTPlano de Saúde Bradesco - 20% de coparticipação para exames e consultas simplesSeguro de VidaParticipação nos Resultados Semestral
