🔹 Sobre Nós:A Nutriex atua no desenvolvimento e fabricação de produtos nos segmentos de cosméticos, saúde e bem-estar, com uma operação industrial que exige atenção constante à qualidade, segurança, conformidade e responsabilidade ambiental.A posição de Analista de Meio Ambiente Pleno terá papel importante na gestão ambiental da operação, garantindo o atendimento aos requisitos legais e regulatórios e contribuindo para a evolução dos controles ambientais, gestão de resíduos e efluentes e redução dos impactos relacionados às nossas atividades.Responsabilidades e atribuições🔹 Como será seu dia a dia:Nesta posição, você terá uma atuação próxima à operação industrial, sendo responsável por acompanhar os principais processos de gestão e conformidade ambiental da unidade. Além das rotinas regulatórias, buscamos alguém capaz de analisar riscos, acompanhar indicadores e identificar oportunidades para tornar nossos processos cada vez mais eficientes e ambientalmente responsáveis.Gerir e acompanhar licenças ambientais, autorizações e condicionantes, garantindo o cumprimento dos requisitos e prazos aplicáveis;Monitorar a legislação e os requisitos ambientais, avaliando impactos e apoiando a adequação dos processos internos;Realizar a gestão de resíduos industriais, acompanhando armazenamento, transporte, destinação e documentação;Acompanhar a operação da Estação de Tratamento de Efluentes (ETE), resultados de análises e atendimento aos parâmetros ambientais aplicáveis;Realizar a gestão e controle de MTR, CDF, relatórios, registros e demais documentos ambientais;Conduzir e acompanhar demandas junto a órgãos ambientais, IBAMA, Polícia Federal, SANEAGO, Prefeitura e demais órgãos reguladores, conforme aplicabilidade;Acompanhar fiscalizações, auditorias e notificações, garantindo o direcionamento e acompanhamento dos respectivos planos de ação;Gerir fornecedores e empresas terceirizadas responsáveis por serviços relacionados ao meio ambiente;Elaborar, analisar e acompanhar indicadores ambientais e relatórios gerenciais, identificando desvios, riscos e oportunidades de melhoria;Identificar oportunidades para redução de impactos ambientais e melhoria dos controles e processos da área;Apoiar projetos e iniciativas relacionados à sustentabilidade, eficiência ambiental e redução da geração de resíduos;Atuar em parceria com as áreas operacionais e demais áreas envolvidas, orientando sobre requisitos e boas práticas ambientais.Requisitos e qualificações 🔹 O que buscamos em você: Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia Ambiental, Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental, Engenharia Química, Gestão Ambiental ou áreas correlatas;Experiência anterior na área de Meio Ambiente em ambiente industrial;Conhecimento de licenciamento, legislação e requisitos ambientais aplicáveis à operação industrial;Experiência com gestão de resíduos, efluentes e acompanhamento de ETE;Conhecimento de Excel e sistemas de gestão;Capacidade de analisar requisitos e informações ambientais, identificar riscos e acompanhar planos de ação;Organização para gestão de documentos, controles, condicionantes e prazos regulatórios;Comunicação clara para interação com áreas internas, fornecedores e órgãos reguladores. 🔹 Será um diferencial:Experiência nos segmentos de alimentos, suplementos, cosméticos, farmacêutico ou químico;Vivência em processos e demandas junto à Polícia Federal, IBAMA e SANEAGO;Conhecimento e experiência com MTR e CDF;Conhecimento da ISO 14001 e de Sistemas de Gestão Ambiental;Conhecimento de Power BI e construção de indicadores ambientais.Informações adicionais 🔹 O que oferecemos aqui:Salário compatível com o mercado.Flash Benefícios para Vale Refeição e Alimentação.Plano de saúde.Plano odontológico.Seguro de vida.Day off no aniversário.Ambiente com autonomia, proximidade com liderança e oportunidade real de crescimento profissional.Valorizamos a diversidade e acreditamos que ela fortalece nossa cultura e impulsiona nossos resultados.
