Massa né?! 😍Confira os detalhes abaixo e venha entregar experiências educacionais transformadoras com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMonitoramento e Análise de Desempenho dos operadores: Acompanhar o desempenho dos operadores nas iniciativas comerciais, analisar os resultados obtidos e fazer ajustes conforme necessário para otimizar os resultados;Report: Elaborar e apresentar reports ao longo do dia, trazendo análises dos principais indicadores, desvios em relação às metas e oportunidades de atuação para direcionar a operação de forma mais assertiva;Desenvolvimento de Estratégias Comerciais: Criar planos estratégicos para impulsionar as vendas, incluindo a identificação de oportunidades de mercado, segmentação de clientes e desenvolvimento de abordagens de vendas eficazes;Apoio na Implementação de Campanhas: Colaborar com equipes de marketing e vendas na implementação de campanhas promocionais, estratégias de pricing, e outras iniciativas que visam impulsionar as vendas;Projeções e Previsões: Utilizar dados históricos e atuais para realizar projeções e previsões de vendas futuras.
