Uma pessoa que tenha autonomia para investigar problemas, propor soluções e gerar impacto direto na performance comercial.Principais responsabilidadesElaborar análises de performance comercial, identificando tendências, oportunidades, desvios e principais drivers de resultado;Acompanhar e analisar indicadores comerciais e KPIs do negócio, contribuindo para a definição de planos de ação;Construir estudos e análises para apoiar decisões comerciais e estratégicas;Desenvolver projeções, cenários e simulações de resultados;Apoiar o planejamento de metas, campanhas, incentivos e iniciativas comerciais;Analisar o desempenho do funil comercial, identificando oportunidades de melhoria em cada etapa da jornada;Estruturar dashboards e reports gerenciais para acompanhamento dos resultados;Realizar análises de histórico, segmentação e comportamento das unidades/clientes para identificação de oportunidades;Trabalhar em parceria com as áreas Comercial, Marketing, Operações, Financeiro e Dados;Transformar dados e análises em recomendações práticas para o negócio;Apoiar projetos estratégicos e iniciativas de melhoria de performance comercial.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitosEnsino superior completo em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Estatística, Ciência de Dados ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento em SQL para consultas;Desejável experiência anterior em planejamento comercialExcel avançado;Conhecimento em ferramentas de BI e visualização de dados;Conhecimento em análise de indicadores, construção de metas e projeções;Capacidade analítica e raciocínio lógico;Boa comunicação e capacidade de apresentar análises para diferentes públicos;Perfil proativo, organizado e orientado a resultados.Informações adicionaisO que oferecemos?Horário flexívelVale transporteVale refeiçãoVale alimentaçãoPlano médicoPlano odontológicoParticipação nos lucrosDay off de aniversárioParceria com WellhubDesconto em empresas parceirasZenklub - plataforma de apoio emocional aos nossos colaboradoresSeguro de vida
