Responsabilidades e atribuições Atuar de forma analítica e autônoma na evolução dos produtos da área, estruturando soluções, avaliando alternativas técnicas e contribuindo para a melhoria contínua, visando maximizar valor e garantir a qualidade e satisfação dos clientes. Conduzir atividades de análise e evolução de produtos de média complexidade, apoiando o Head de Produto no alinhamento técnico e de negócio. Planejar e estruturar o backlog do produto, contribuindo para priorização conforme critérios técnicos, regulatórios e de valor. Avaliar feedbacks internos e externos, diagnosticando oportunidades de melhoria para aprimorar funcionalidades e experiências do usuário. Implementar testes integrados e validações técnicas, assegurando aderência aos critérios definidos e ausência de impactos em funcionalidades relacionadas.Conduzir relacionamento com clientes em temas técnicos, registrando demandas e encaminhamentos necessários. Propor melhorias e inovações alinhadas às tendências do mercado e às diretrizes estratégicas da Invent. Consolidar documentos técnicos, orientações e conhecimentos para garantir alinhamento interno e evolução da equipe. Estruturar informações técnicas para apoiar times internos, fornecendo esclarecimentos e suporte especializado em temas do produto.
