Temos um time com mais de 4.000 colaboradores, que trabalham com o mesmo propósito: conectar pessoas, ideias e negócios, promovendo a inclusão digital e social do Brasil e unidos pelos mesmos valores.Vamos adorar te conhecer!#oquecorrepelanossafibra #timedefibraResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento técnico a clientes corporativos, atuando no diagnóstico e resolução de incidentes de Telecom e conectividade;Registrar e acompanhar chamados técnicos, garantindo o cumprimento dos procedimentos operacionais e SLA;Executar configuração, manutenção e troubleshooting remoto de ativos de rede, incluindo equipamentos MikroTik, Switch e demais equipamentos de borda;Realizar configuração, monitoramento e identificação de falhas em redes GPON e Metro Ethernet, bem como serviços LAN-to-LAN, links dedicados e Internet dedicada;Efetuar diagnóstico de falhas em enlaces, interfaces, equipamentos e serviços de rede, buscando a causa raiz dos incidentes;Prestar suporte técnico às equipes de NOC e campo, apoiando em manutenções e recuperação de serviços;Atuar com configurações e troubleshooting de recursos de redes IP, como VLAN, roteamento, PPPoE, DHCP, NAT e DNS;Desempenhar atividades correlatas à função, conforme orientação da gestão.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesDiferencial experiência com atendimento e suporte técnico a clientes corporativos; Ensino superior cursando a partir do 2º semestre em Redes de Computadores, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Telecomunicações, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas afins; Conhecimentos em redes MikroTik, Switches, Roteadores, VLAN, NAT, CGNAT, BGP e OSPF; monitoramento de redes (Zabbix/PRTG); troubleshooting e diagnóstico de falhas de rede; Trabalho em equipe, senso de urgência e organização; Flexibilidade e adaptabilidade.
