Buscamos um profissional para atuar na área de Tecnologia da Informação, prestando suporte aos usuários e contribuindo para a manutenção dos sistemas, infraestrutura e recursos tecnológicos da empresa.

A posição terá atuação generalista em TI, com contato direto com usuários e participação em atividades relacionadas ao ERP Sistemas, banco de dados SQL Server, suporte técnico, infraestrutura e gestão de chamados.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar suporte técnico aos usuários, identificando e solucionando problemas relacionados a hardware, software, sistemas e recursos de tecnologia;Realizar consultas e rotinas básicas em SQL Server, com apoio da equipe de TI;Auxiliar na criação e manutenção de relatórios e consultas para atendimento às necessidades das áreas;Apoiar a administração e manutenção da infraestrutura de TI, incluindo servidores, redes, computadores e demais equipamentos;Realizar instalação, configuração e manutenção de computadores, periféricos, softwares e equipamentos de informática;Apoiar rotinas de backup, segurança da informação e continuidade dos recursos tecnológicos;Orientar os usuários quanto à utilização dos sistemas e recursos de tecnologia;Apoiar treinamentos e orientações aos usuários;Registrar, acompanhar e solucionar chamados, mantendo os usuários informados sobre o andamento das solicitações;Apoiar o levantamento de necessidades de equipamentos, softwares e suprimentos de informática;Apoiar a identificação de oportunidades de melhoria nos processos e recursos de TI;Apoiar a implantação, manutenção e utilização do ERP RM Sistemas, conforme as necessidades da empresa;Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou cursando em Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas;

Experiência com suporte técnico aos usuários;

Conhecimento em ERP/TOTVS e/ou outros; Conhecimento básico/intermediário em SQL Server;

Conhecimentos em hardware, software, redes e infraestrutura de TI;

Experiência com atendimento e gestão de chamados;

Pacote Office.

Diferenciais:

Experiência com módulos do RM/TOTVS;

Conhecimento em banco de dados e consultas SQL;

Experiência com administração de servidores e redes;

Conhecimento em backup e segurança da informação;

Proatividade na identificação e resolução de problemas;
