Responsabilidades e atribuições🔧 Responsabilidades✔ Prestar suporte técnico aos usuários, garantindo atendimento ágil e eficiente às demandas de TI.

✔  Instalar, configurar e realizar manutenção de computadores, notebooks, impressoras e demais periféricos.

✔  Atender, registrar e acompanhar chamados por meio da ferramenta de Service Desk.

✔  Criar e administrar usuários, grupos, acessos e permissões, seguindo as políticas internas de segurança da informação.

✔  Apoiar a manutenção e o funcionamento de redes, Wi-Fi, servidores e sistemas corporativos.

✔

Instalar, configurar e atualizar sistemas operacionais e softwares.

✔  Monitorar equipamentos, sistemas e serviços de TI, contribuindo para a continuidade das operações.

✔  Controlar o inventário, patrimônio e movimentação dos equipamentos de TI.

✔  Apoiar projetos e atividades relacionadas à Segurança da Informação, contribuindo para a proteção dos dados e ativos da empresa.

✔  Realizar verificações e suporte relacionados a câmeras IP, NVRs e sistemas de monitoramento.

✔  Realizar contato, acompanhamento e suporte junto a fornecedores de TI.

✔  Apoiar a identificação e solução de problemas técnicos, buscando melhoria contínua dos serviços de TI.

✔  Cumprir e contribuir para o cumprimento dos procedimentos, normas e políticas de Qualidade, Segurança e Saúde Ocupacional da empresa.

✔  Atuar de forma preventiva na identificação de condições inseguras e riscos relacionados às atividades, equipamentos e ambientes de trabalho.

✔  Zelar pela utilização adequada dos equipamentos e recursos de TI, contribuindo para um ambiente de trabalho seguro, organizado e saudável.

✔  Participar de treinamentos, ações e programas internos relacionados à Qualidade, Segurança, Saúde, Meio Ambiente e Segurança da Informação.

✔  Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de TI, mantendo foco em qualidade, segurança, eficiência e atendimento ao cliente interno.

Requisitos e qualificações✅ O que buscamos👉 Ensino Superior completo em Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação ou áreas afins;

👉  Conhecimento básico em Windows Server 2016/2019;

👉  Noções de redes de computadores, sistemas operacionais e infraestrutura de TI;

👉  Noções das normas ISO 9001, ISO 14001 e ISO 45001 e IATF 16949;

👉  Conhecimento básico em Segurança da Informação será considerado um diferencial;

👉  Boa comunicação e capacidade de atendimento ao cliente interno;

👉  Organização, proatividade e interesse em aprender e se desenvolver na área de Tecnologia.
